Return Policy
TheBabyOutlet.com want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and to shop with us in the future. For this reason, we allow product returns with their original boxes and documentation, for any reason up to 14 days after the purchase date.

You would need to email us to customerservice@thebabyoutlet.com in advance that you are going to return the product. You would need to pay for the returned shipping cost back to us. You would need to return the product in its original box along with all documents and parts.

No product will be accepted back without all original documentation and in mint condition.

Since these are baby products, we cannot accept products that were used.

Please send returned items with Sales Receipt to:
The Return Address on the Original Box - most return addresses will be the manufacturers' warehouses.
