Shipping Charges
The following shipping options apply to most orders placed with ShopNBC. Some products are handled differently -- examples are mattresses, computers and computer accessories, some fitness equipment, furniture, and some electronics. For information on these, please see the note on "Dropship" below.

Standard Ground Shipping
Allow 7 to 10 business days on all in-stock merchandise from your order date for your order to arrive at your delivery address. When you place your order, we will give you the date that we expect your order to arrive, pending credit card authorization. Most orders will be shipped via Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service. Dropship merchandise is an exception -- please see "Dropship" below. All orders will default to the Standard Ground delivery option at checkout. Please note: additional charges will be applied on orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Only watches and jewelry items may be shipped to PO boxes. We do not deliver to FPOs, or APOs. Also, ShopNBC does not deliver to military bases or Puerto Rico at this time.

Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for an additional $5 per jewelry or beauty item shipped within the 48 contiguous states and $10 per non-jewelry and non-beauty item shipped within the 48 contiguous states and for all items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. With Express Shipping, your order will arrive within 4 business days from the day you place your order, pending credit card approval and address verification. All orders will be shipped via Federal Express. Please note: Federal Express does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Also, you must provide a street address, as Federal Express will not deliver to a Post Office box. At checkout, just select the "Express" shipping option.

Super Express Shipping
Super Express Shipping is the fastest way to get your order and is available for an additional $10 per jewelry or beauty item shipped within the 48 contiguous states and $20 per non-jewelry or non-beauty item shipped within the 48 contiguous states and for all items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. With Super Express Shipping, your order will arrive within 3 business days from the day you place your order, pending credit card approval and address verification. All orders will be shipped via Federal Express. Please note: Federal Express does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Also, you must provide a street address, as Federal Express will not deliver to a Post Office box. At checkout, just select the "Super Express" shipping option. With Super Express Shipping, orders placed before noon Central Time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon Central Time will be shipped the next business day. To protect the security of your account, our Credit department may contact you for address verification before your order is shipped.


Taxes - where they are charged
Residents of the following states will be charged sales tax:

Kentucky - 6% Minnesota - 6.5% statewide, except Minneapolis which is 7%

Sales tax is no longer charged in Georgia or Missouri.
