RedEnvelope accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit
cards. They also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. They do
not accept cash, checks or CODs.
Return
Policy
RedEnvelope is happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift
certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Please note:
Monogrammed and personalized gifts may not be returned unless they are damaged.
Flowers cannot be accepted for return after 7 days and plants cannot be
accepted for return after 30 days. Additionally, they are unable to refund
gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return. To return
or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps: Repack the gift in
its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Obtain a gift
return (GR) number by calling Customer Service, toll-free 1-877-733-3683,
24 hours a day, seven days a week. Include the GR number in the following
return shipping address: RedEnvelope (your Gift Return number) 4000 Creekside
Pkwy, Suite A Lockbourne, OH 43137-9276. For your security, please return
your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and
retain your receipt. RedEnvelope is not responsible for items damaged or
lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective
or not the correct product, RedEnvelope will provide a prepaid USPS return
label.
