You have two ways to return or exchange merchandise purchased at our online store:

to a Fashion Bug store
Simply take in the unwashed, unworn merchandise with the tags attached, the packing slip and the credit card used in order to receive an exchange or refund. If you do not bring your receipt to the store when returning items, you will be credited the store’s lowest selling price.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

You can reprint your return slip by logging on with your e-mail and password, then clicking on “My Account.” Click on the order you would like to return. The bottom of the page will prompt you to print your return slip. to fashionbug.com

To make returns to our online store:

• Place the unwashed, unworn item(s) with tags attached in the package that was originally sent to you.
• Fill out the return slip that was included with your original order. The return slip is the middle section of the packing slip. Simply tear along the perforation and indicate which item(s) you are returning. Peel off the preaddressed shipping label and place it on the outside of the box.
• Place the completed return slip in the box with the merchandise to be returned. Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package when sending it to us.
• Your return will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Sorry, postage and insurance costs, as well as your original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
• You will receive an e-mail notifying you that the return has been credited to your account.

Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
