Return Policy
If, at any time, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply exchange it or return it to us for a refund. Your purchase is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product under normal wear and tear and/or defects in original workmanship.
Keep your 3 part order Summary!! It is much easier to process the return.
Use the SmartLabelT printed on the front of your 3-part order summary and drop your package in the mailbox, give it to your postal carrier or take it to the Post Office. If a SmartLabelT was not provided on the front of the 3-part order summary, please use the Return Label provided and follow the "Return on Your Own" instructions. When using the SmartLabelT you do not pay postage up front.
Instead, a $6.00 fee (for returns weighing 5 pounds or less) or $8.50 (for returns over 5 pounds) will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.
There will be no return charge if we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged.
