Surely there is a Circuit City somewhere near you, and you probably know all about them. Great prices on electronics and a place to check first.

Circuit City runs many sales and often promotes items online at prices and discounts that are not found in the land-based stores.

Most sales and deals are for one week only, so don't drag your feet on getting a deal when you see it. I have been certainly guilty of seeing something I want and then going back the next weekend to find it at thirty, forty or fifty dollars more.

The nice thing is that those items often are put on sale again, so keep an eye out.

Rather than coupons, circuit city uses the promotion method of dollars off for the week or rebates, so watch the deals.

We post rebate specials and outlet center specials in the middle of the week.

Circuit City's Deals come out on Sundays, so that is the day to look here for what is on their platter for deals of the week!

Return Policy

Refunds and Returns for Online Purchases

If you're not completely satisfied with a product, Circuit City will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below.

Digital cameras, camcorders, desktop PCs, notebook PCs, monitors, printers, scanners and radar detectors must be returned within 14 days of the sale date and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a box other than the factory-sealed box.

There is no restocking fee for defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for product originally purchased as Open Box.

For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.

Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.

Charges for installation and delivery services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed.

Return to Store
If you return your merchandise to one of our stores, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, or for merchandise purchased with a gift card as the sole payment method, we will refund the balance due to you back to a new gift card unless the balance is less than $5 or prohibited by law.

Return by Mail
You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets the guidelines described below.

Please note the merchandise purchased at your local Circuit City store (not-online) CANNOT be returned via mail.

Merchandise purchased online through circuitcity.com (regardless of whether you picked it up at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the Return Guarantee for Online Purchases above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center.

Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"), found in the About Your Order section.

Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RA is valid for 10 days.
