Tips on Wig care
Here is a quick checklist of how you can best care for your wigs:
  • Always keep wigs on a wig stand or mannequin to retain the shape of the wig.

  • Brush your wig before and after every time you use it. Use a wide-toothed brush specifically for wigs. Do not use this brush for anything else. Use gentle strokes and never pull tangles hard. Run your fingers through to remove any knots.

  • Wash your wigs regularly between uses.

  • For synthetics, use only shampoos made for synthetic wigs to avoid damaging the fibers. Let the wigs dry on a wig stand.

  • Never use dryers or hot rollers on synthetic wigs.

  • Use a Silicon spray as it prevents the synthetic wig from drying out or fading.

  • For any type of wig, especially human hair wigs, it is better to get the cleaning done by professional hands.

  • Never cut or style the wig on your own - always take it to a wig specialist.
