Return Policy
Bass Pro Shops offers a "no hassle" return policy. If the item was purchased
through the catalog or online, you may return it to us within 30 days of
purchase.
After 30 days from the purchase date, all electronics and non-Bass Pro brand
rods and reels that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be
returned to the manufacturer.
Redhead, Rocky, and Danner boots have a 1 year warranty, while most other
boots and shoes have a 60-day money-back guarantee (with proof of purchase
from Bass Pro Shops). We can not accept the returns of boots that are older
than 1 year. Items not covered by manufacturer's warranty may be returned
(with proof of purchase) on an inspection basis only.
All Bass Pro Shops brand rods have a one-year warranty.
Note: Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly
to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Included with each order
is an invoice with return instructions on the back.
For your convenience a preprinted (not prepaid) address label is also included.
If you have the invoice, please fill out the back of the form, put the return
label on the package and return to us (ground UPS or insured parcel post).
If you do not have the invoice, please include your order number, name,
address, and daytime phone number. Also include a brief letter explaining
why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an
exchange for another item..
