What is Egazing?

egazing.com was created so that shoppers could “gaze” at all the deals, coupons and bargains available and to give suggestions to save the average shopper time.

Our team works to bring you deals in a way you can find them easily and to make sure that you will always find updated offers, coupons and sales. However, this is for you, the shopper, and we are always looking for input, so please send in your comments.

Most people we know are proud when they can say they got a bargain on something worthwhile. At the same time, those people are most proud when it didn’t take them all day to find it.

A bargain (at least to us) is when you can get the best brand name merchandise at the best prices available from a store that you know and trust or has been recommended highly. A bargain is not about getting something really cheap that is made cheap and may have saved you a couple bucks only to last for a short time.

There are many websites that have lists of coupons, and many sites that have lists of deals, but as we viewed all these websites, one thing kept coming out. There were not any suggestions to use these coupons to your best advantage.
So many deals it’s overwheming

Have you ever felt like the web offers so many ways to pay less than full price, but it is too easy to get distracted and not actually end up saving any money at all? A sale over here, a bargain over there……. a flashing ad that says “save $10 NOW”……if you’re not careful, you can spend your whole evening looking at bargains and coupons and never actually buy something!

you find something that you want to go see but has nothing to do with your original search ………. next thing you know, you’ve spent too much time! You end up just turning off the computer without ever actually buying something. It is too easy to shop the on the web that way. In fact, that is exactly the way we used to shop on the web. So many cool things…….so little time…….Sound familiar?

When we first started shopping on the web, it was overwhelming to see all the bargains, coupons and deals and that was how I shopped. Then, we signed up for all the newsletters from the stores. We soon learned that we did not have enough time to read them all and we can’t tell you how many times that we read a newsletter 2 or 3 days later only to find that a great deal had expired the night before. Hasn’t that happened to you?

On top of that, our mailbox was getting filled up with all kinds of junk that we didn’t want and didn’t sign up for as some of these companies sold my email address. We still wanted to know about all the deals and bargains and coupons, but we didn’t want everything that came with it. Talking to friends we found that we were not the only ones that thought this way.

We make a huge effort to unlist any sites that do these things and only to work with honorable stores and merchants that you can trust.

Another big reason egazing.com was put together is that although technology has come a long ways and opened many doors, it has also brought out people that are less than honorable in their intentions.

It seemed that all too often we would go to visit some of these so called “bargain” sites only to get 10 popup windows and sometimes, even worse, these sites would install some stupid software program on the computer without even asking if we wanted it. After 3 hours of cleaning out the computer and vowing to never visit that website again, our trust was wearing thin.

Any website presented on egazing.com will never install hidden programs or send you to websites with a dozen popup ads!

We will never lie to you intentionally. At the same time, we reserve the right to be wrong or stupid when it comes to telling you about deals. There certainly are times when a coupon expires early or a store pulls it and we appreciate it if you let us know if you find one of these.
